Erica Cerra is a Canadian actor who was born on October 31, 1979. Cerra is most well-known as the actor on Eureka the Syfy show. Cerra is the daughter of Italian parents in Vancouver British Columbia. In her early years Cerra was a part of a number of ads and fell in love with acting. The actress took a brief break from performing, only to return to the stage in 2001, when she was at the age of 22. Vancouver Lifestyles Magazine named her as one of the city's top five up-and coming actresses in 2005. Cerra was the in the role of deputy Jo Lupo on the Syfy television show Eureka that aired from 2006 until 2012. A music video for Michael Buble's Michael Buble track Save the Last Dance for Me was also released in the year 2006. Cerra has been credited with starring in several highly acclaimed and well-known television shows such as Battlestar Galactica or The L Word. Also, she has appeared in numerous major films including Man About Town, with Ben Affleck & Rebecca Romijn, and Blade:Trinity featuring Wesley Snipes. Cerras' face and body was used as a model to create characters like Ashley Williams for the Mass Effect video game series. Additional guest appearances as a star include Smallville The 4400 The Dead Zone Reaper Huff and Dead Like Me. Her other shows include the Canadian detective procedural Cold Squad and the action-packed monster hunting show Special Unit 2 and the supernatural thriller The Collector. Cerra married Raffaele Fiore in November 2010.
Khondabi said she believes that Joey Scribner Howard is her high school sweetheart, and she is a mechanical engineer in the electric utility industry. Khondabi stated that she along with Joey were best friends in Greenwood Christian School for years before dating in their final year of high school. Howard was a student at Irmo after graduating in Dutch Fork High School but he and Khondabi remained friends and then started dating. Khondabi was a graduate of Emerald High School, graduating in 2007 and also of the University of South Carolina where she earned a degree with broadcast journalism. She minored in entertainment management and sports. Joey has graduated from USC as well. They are the parents of one furry child and a dog named Liam. Khondabi shared with us that Joey as well as her are foodies. One of her favorites of her home town is onion rings that are served in the Dixie Drive-In. I am a curious individual Khondabi stated. In elementary school, I used to do educational interviews for our newscast at school. Also, I used to anchor the headlines for each day. Our news program in Oakland Elementary was called WOAK. Khondabi told us that, after she graduated from university at the time of Augusta Georgia, WAGT was her first job on TV as a news reporter. Khondabi told me she was on the news for six years. Following Augusta, my first job was as a journalist in the morning for WOWK Charleston West Virginia. My next stop was Columbus Ohio where I was employed as a reporter for traffic, and host of the morning news.
